J.M.J. A beautiful prayer to the Holy Family concludes the Final Report, dated October 24, 2015, of the Synod of Bishops to Pope Francis.
Prayer to the Holy Family
Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
in You we contemplate the splendor of true love,
with confidence we turn to You.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
make also our families into
places of communion and cenacles of prayer,
authentic schools of the Gospel
and little domestic Churches.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
never again may violence, separation and division
be experienced in families:
may anyone wounded or scandalized
soon know consolation and healing.
Holy Family of Nazareth,
reawaken in all the knowledge of the
sacred and inviolable character of the family,
its beauty in the plan of God.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
hear and grant our prayer.
