Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Happy Pentecost Sunday!
This is, without question, one of the greatest Feasts in the Church. May 31st is also the Feast of the Visitation. Our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ His Son sent the Holy Spirit upon Mary and the Apostles. We, too, have received the Holy Spirit. Let us receive Him again. Come, Holy Spirit!

*Recently, I bought two excellent Catholic books in the gift shop of the Carmelites located in the Monastery in Alexandria. The shop also has many beautiful gifts. When we patronize the shop, we help the Sisters. Please visit the gift shop when you can.
*This Friday, June 5th is the First Friday, while this Saturday, June 6th is the First Saturday. Let us remember the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
*Next Sunday, June 7th is the Feast of the Most Blessed Trinity. One of the Precepts of the Church is that we go to Confession during the Easter Season. In the U.S.A., that obligation may be fulfilled through next Sunday. Here are some extra times during this week:

Thursday, June 4th, 7:00 p.m. Bridgewater
